THE
HISTORY OF MOBILEMONEY |
In
November of 1996, MOBILEMONEY was created to serve large-scale
special events and festivals throughout the United States. In
1998, the first “MOBILEMONEYMACHINE” was created
to compete with large financial institutions such as Bank of
America, Banc One, and Wells Fargo. From 1998 through 2001, MOBILEMONEY
successfully secured contracts with many of the largest special
events throughout the country. Today, MOBILEMONEY is the leading
provider of mobile ATM services throughout North America.
In March 2002, the state of Iowa lifted its ban on surcharge
fees for ATMs. Shortly thereafter, MOBILEMONEY established
an Iowa branch and began marketing ATM programs throughout
the region. Today, MOBILEMONEY is one of the largest operators
of ATMs within the state of Iowa and is quickly expanding operations
throughout the states of Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri,
Nebraska, North & South Dakota and Wisconsin.
In 2004, MOBILEMONEY established its armored car service division
to service existing clients throughout the Midwest and the
Western states region. This new division provided the necessary
control of the ATM cycle to ensure uninterrupted service at
every MOBILEMONEY ATM location. Insurance through Lloyds of
London secured this growth and eliminated the need for third
party vendors for cash replenishment and maintenance.
In 2005, a new generation of outdoor ATMs was created for
Murphy Oil in conjunction with Wal-Mart stores throughout the
Southeast. This cement enclosure weighs over 4,000 pounds,
has fully illuminated side panels, and earns monthly branding
fees from various financial institutions throughout the country.
In 2006 and beyond, MOBILEMONEY’s expertise, forward-thinking
philosophy, unwavering dedication to quality, and leading-edge
services are unmatched in the industry. Our ATM programs provide
our customers with consistent performance, improved data processing,
and better accounting methodologies.
